Sizemore has been awful the past two weeks. He is hitting .185 in the last two weeks with no homers.

He is literally putting up under 5 points two weeks straight. I have Francouer and Nick Johnson as 1 week options to slot in.

Should I stick with Sizemore or try to slot some less talented player in, that has been hot for a week?

Stick with Sizemore. You have to ride out the bad stretches on star players unless they are being hindered by an injury. In Sizemore's case I think he is just waiting to come out of that slump. I wouldn't sit him.

Still trying to get a handle on this Fantasy Baseball thing. This is my first year doing it.

Thanks for the input.

Time, Jake,

What do you guys look for when you are setting your pitching line ups?

Right now I look at the match up and try to think of what the vegas line would be, and how likely the SP will get the win. In H2H league, getting the 10 point win bonus is huge.

Like this week I am thinking of starting Edwin Jackson over a 2 start Gavin Floyd. Floyd pitches in CLEV tomorrow against Pavano, he is +120. Later in the week he pitches against TOR in Toronto against Halladay. I figure Floyd will be +180 at least.

Jackson is pitching once at home against some bum that the A's are gunna slot in for the likely injured Brett Anderson. Jackson should be b/w -150, -160.

How does this analysis look to you guys? Am I on the right track?

Left Floyd on the bench. He is moving closer and closer to the waiver wire after each passing week.

Im over Sizemore right now. I am benching him in favor of Nick Johnson this week.

Johnson has 7 home games, where the Nats are killing it right now. He faces sorry Pitt and Balt pitching this week.

He is a solid starting option.
